Scheduling Policy
At Refined Beauty, we value your time and commitment to your beauty appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following scheduling policy:
Appointment Rescheduling or Cancellation:
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment — or no-shows — will result in the loss of your deposit.
How to Reschedule or Cancel:
For assistance with rescheduling or canceling your appointment, please text us at 760-626-9455. We will be happy to assist you with any changes to your appointment.

Prior To Your Appointment
Please ensure your face is cleansed and free of makeup
Avoid consuming caffeine two hours before your appointment to maximize relaxation and avoid any contraindications
Please arrive promptly, as there is a 9-minute grace period; tardiness beyond this time will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
An additional guest is only permitted if they are also receiving a service, limited to one person, and no children are allowed.
